We do offer service on most manufacturer devices. We’re certified to complete service on Kyocera, HP, Canon, Xerox, Ricoh devices, and more. You can request service here. Managed Print Services are curated to your businesses need. Typically, a managed print plan helps you put the right devices in the right places. Your routine maintenance and toner/ink is included. That’s a great question, and the answer is…it depends. Depending on the make and model of your current device, we may be able to upgrade you to a more cost effective device, while buying out your old lease. In some cases, your device may be too new and the value may not be their for either party. Best rule of thumb is to speak with an account executive to determine what solutions are best for your business.
